Looking at the possible workshop in Braddon made me realise how ill prepared we are to make decisions on a space. We need to have a solid set of criteria and a solid budget before we can say yes to anywhere.Following on from Gus' work to get contact info and some budget info I think we need to talk about:

• seed money
• regular contributions
• funding models

We also need to have a set of criteria that we need to be able to judge a space on so here's some areas to think about:

• access
  • times
  • public/private transport
  • parking
• security
• size
• amenities
• utilities
  • power
  • water
• noise issues
• ventilation

We need to start thinking about how we can get applications and things written. I propose we start by looking at the ANCA application process, divvy up the work and assign it to people to get it done.
